Dear Neighbor,
Since 2009, I’ve had the honor of serving the residents of Orangetown on the Town Board. During that time, I’ve worked tirelessly to keep Orangetown an ideal place to live, work, and raise a family.
I’m proud of the work that I’ve done on the Town Board throughout the past 12 years. From supporting our taxpayers, police officers, and first responders to promoting responsible economic development and conservative land use; I’ve always ensured that Orangetown residents and their families come first.
Even with a proven record of accomplishments, I still know there’s work to be done to preserve Orangetown and protect taxpayers and that’s why I am asking for your vote to continue serving our community.
I’m proud to have the endorsement and support of my friend and colleague, Councilman Denis Troy, who said in his endorsement that, “Tom’s legal expertise and governing experience is something that the Town Board cannot afford to lose this November.”
Along with Councilman Troy’s support, I have received the endorsement from Assemblyman Mike Lawler, County Legislator John McGowan, CSEA Unit 8353 of the Town of Orangetown, IBEW Local Union 363, MTA PBA, NYC PBA, New York State Association of PBAs, National Association of Police Organizations, Orangetown PBA, Rockland County Republican Party, Rockland County Conservative Party, Rockland County PBA, Rockland County Building and Construction Trades Council Rockland County Central Labor Council, the Hudson Valley 10-13 Organization, and Preserve Orangetown.
If re-elected, here’s what I’ll do in my next term:

Revise the Town Zoning Codes to reflect the absorption of South Nyack's unique properties and insure that Zoning Codes are enforced;

Work with the Town Board to insure that the HNA Property in Palisades is properly developed;

Review and reset the Zoning Codes;

Rezone the remainder of the RPC property;

Remain under the Tax Cap;

Develop the IRG/Pfizer Campus.
As a husband, father, elected official, small business owner, I am committed to protecting and preserving Orangetown for future generations and I'm asking all Orangetown residents to get out and vote to re-elect me for another term.
Early voting begins on October 23rd and lasts until October 31st. You can vote at Orangetown Town Hall. Election Day is on November 2nd. If you requested an absentee ballot, make sure to return it by November 2nd.
