Tom is a lifelong Orangetown resident and a 1988 graduate of Pearl River High School. Tom married his wife Joy, another lifelong Orangetown resident and Pearl River High School graduate, in 2006. Tom and Joy live in Pearl River with their two children, Addison and Finn and an overweight Puggle named Barkley. Tom’s brother Tim, sisters Ellen and Tara and mother Grace, all live in Rockland.
After graduating from Suffolk University School of Law, Tom was hired by a solo practitioner in Chestnut Ridge. Tom soon hung out a shingle of his own and runs his own family based practice in Pearl River, New York. In addition to managing the firm, Tom represents a variety of clients in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, real estate foreclosure litigation, loan workout agreements/loan modifications and extensive experience representing various Lending Institutions including Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Bank of America, Mortgage Master, Inc., Residential Home Finance, Cole Taylor, Plaza Home Mortgage and Fifth Third Bank. Tom’s practice also encompasses surrogate court proceedings, wills, and estates; criminal appeals; matrimonial and family law; personal injury litigation, business sales and formation and debtor/creditor litigation.
In the community, Tom is a member of the Pearl River Chamber of Commerce, AOH Division III, Pearl River Elks Club and Blauvelt Lions Club. Tom is a past Advisory Board Member of the American Red Cross in Nyack and a current Board Member of Team KJ and Petition for Paula. Tom has coordinated the Pearl River Chamber of Commerce Easter Egg for the last nine years and he volunteers as a coach for South Orangetown Little League and Orangetown Mighty Midgets Soccer.
