Diviny Proposes Law To Increase Penalties
Pearl River, NY - At the last Town Board meeting, Orangetown Councilman Tom Diviny proposed a law to increase penalties for violation of town law and codes. This law would increase the financial penalties for repeat offenders, corporations, and others entities that violate town code.
